Le Barger
Direct ordering and restaurant operations
Le Barger connects a local ordering experience with daily restaurant operations, processing orders without a third-party platform and keeping customers, staff and couriers on the same information flow.

The need
The restaurant needed one solution for pickup and local delivery, with direct control over the menu, service slots, inventory and customer relationship.
Customer experience
The Flutter app shows a dynamic menu, recalculates pricing server-side, handles pickup or delivery and presents a real-time order timeline.
- Customisation, options and add-ons
- Addresses, history and live tracking
- Push notifications and preparation estimates
- Loyalty: one free burger after ten purchased
Restaurant operations
Administrator, operator and courier roles have distinct permissions. The staff workspace combines the order queue, slot capacity, stock levels, outages, courier assignment and operational indicators.
Architecture and status
